Job Description
Profile - Campus Coordinator
Location - delhi
Salary - 3-6 LPA
Exp - 3-5 years
As a Campus Coordinator, you are expected to perform following tasks:
1. Efficient and effective management in collaboration with candidates, campus hiring managers and T&P team, including communication and calendar management.
2. Data Management, schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
3. Managing & coordinating campus recruitment activities.
4. Manage candidate grievances & doubts.
5. Responsible for Pre-joining engagement, on-boarding and documentation of campus joiners.
6. Issuance of Offer/Appointments letter post finalization of candidates.
To be successful in Campus Coordinator Role you are required to have:
- Strong communication & Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask with strong business acumen.
- Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, ability to handle team dynamics, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.
- Proficiency in End to end Campus hiring coordination.
- Willingness to Travel
