Job Description
- Manage a team of call center representatives
- Handle day-to-day operations of the call center
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service
- Monitor and analyze call center performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of call center staff
- Train and onboard new call center representatives
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Collaborate with other department managers to enhance overall customer experience
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
