Job Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations for Zecruiters Job Connect Pvt Ltd.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Coordinate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Train and mentor junior staff in financial best practices and procedures.
- Stay current on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
