Complia Services Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, the CA will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The CA will also be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance to senior management and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Job Description

-Perform financial analysis and reporting for clients
-Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
-Prepare and review financial statements and reports
-Provide tax planning and preparation services
-Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
-Assist with budgeting and forecasting
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
-Coordinate with auditors and government agencies as needed
-Train and mentor junior staff members
-Participate in business development activities to generate new clients
