- Develop high-frequency trading software using C++
- Design and implement efficient algorithms to optimize trading strategies
- Collaborate with trading desk and quantitative research team to analyze market data
- Optimize code performance and ensure low-latency execution
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues in real-time
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in high-frequency trading
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in C++ development in a high-frequency trading environment
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading concepts.
