Job Description
- Lead the business development team in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base and revenue streams
- Manage and prioritize leads and opportunities to meet sales targets
- Oversee the creation of pitch decks and presentations for potential clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with overall company goals
- Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyses to ensure the company remains competitive in the industry
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve individual and team goals
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish relationships.
