Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
- Research and identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and clients
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Travel to industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
- Mentor and train junior members of the business development team to achieve their professional goals and objectives.
