Job Title: Business Development Manager (Banquet & Events)
Location: Wakad, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Banquet / Hospitality / Event Sales preferred
Age Preference: 25–30 Years
Salary: ₹2.75 LPA – ₹3.25 LPA + Incentives
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager (Banquet & Events) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, client handling, and property management skills, with the ability to manage event bookings, supervise lead follow-ups, and ensure smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and customer inquiries.
- Supervise tele-calling activities and lead follow-ups.
- Handle walk-in clients and conduct venue visits.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed banquet and event bookings.
- Maintain lead records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Manage property maintenance and act as the key point of contact with a problem-solving approach during ongoing events.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
Required Skills
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Experience in banquet, hospitality, or event sales is preferred.
- Ability to handle clients confidently.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
