Job title: Business Development Manager- General Insurance
Salary: 3.50 LPA to 5:50 LPA
Location: Ghaziabad
Experience: 2 Years of agency

Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & GWP Achievement
- Drive monthly GWP targets across retail (POSP), Direct and corporate segments:
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients.
- Channel Development
- Recruit month on Month and manage POSPs, agents, and referral partners.
- Conduct training and performance reviews to ensure compliance and productivity.
- Client, POSP Acquisition & Retention
- Identify agents and onboard new corporate and retail clients for insurance solutions.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
- Product & Market Strategy
- Promote life, health, motor, and commercial insurance products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal SOPs.
- Oversee proposal forms, KYC, premium collection, and policy issuance.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain MIS, sales trackers, Daily Reports and submit periodic performance reports.
