Designation / Position: Area Sales Manager
Work Experience Required: 2 - 10 Years
CTC offered: 5.40 to 8.50 LPA
Job Location: Noida

Job Summary/Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits.
- Get "AGILON" Cables approved from various electrical consultants and customers.
- Giving a detailed presentation on company products.
- Focusing on generating the Leads & Winning Orders to achieve Sales Target.
- Leverage technical expertise to position Agilon's specialized cables as premium solutions for niche markets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
Required Skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 2-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the Cables & Wires, electrical, or industrial automation industries.
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel to meet clients on a regular basis
