Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Client Engagement:
- Meet with prospective clients in person to understand their web development requirements and challenges.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Solution Presentation:
- Present FlashCube IT’s web development services, capabilities, and value proposition in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Customize solutions to align with clients’ specific needs and business goals.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and meet client expectations.
- Negotiation and Closure:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business.
- Ensure that all agreements are in compliance with company policies and standards.
- Account Management:
- Manage and grow client accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling web development services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the engagement.
- Market Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams for strategy refinement.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales progress.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including web developers and project managers, to ensure a smooth handover of projects and client expectations.
- Client Feedback:
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve services and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business consulting and business development, preferably in the web development or IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of web development concepts and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
