Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, driven professional to join our growing team in a Business Development Executive role. This individual will play a key part in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Approach and engage decision-makers in homes, schools, corporates, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
- Build a pipeline of prospects and track them through the entire sales cycle.
- Client Meetings & Site Inspections
- Conduct site inspections to assess indoor air quality requirements and installation feasibility.
- Document technical details, space layouts, and client expectations accurately.
- Provide on-site recommendations and address client queries related to system performance and placement.
- Proposal & Commercial Management
- Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers based on site assessments and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal technical and design teams to create accurate solutions and costing.
- Manage negotiation and closure of deals while maintaining profitability.
- Relationship Building & Client Servicing
- Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
- Act as the client’s primary point of contact through the sales, installation, and after-sales process.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Share insights with leadership to refine business strategies and product positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, proposals, and closures in the CRM system.
- Support Brand & Awareness Initiatives
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry forums, client events, and awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital and offline lead generation efforts.
