Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify potential clients, including colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition of our EdTech products/services, highlighting how they address the specific needs of educational institutions.
* Conduct Product demonstrations and presentations.
* Negotiate and close deals.
* Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
* Track and analyze sales data and metrics.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and content.
* Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the EdTech industry, leveraging insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
* 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the education sector a plus.
* Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape and current educational challenges.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex buying processes.
* Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
* Deep understanding of the education sector, higher education, and corporate training markets, with knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
