Job Description
Job Title:Business Development Executive (Sales Voice Process)
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls: Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Generating and qualifying leads: Through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Understanding customer needs: Providing effective solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships: Ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Achieving monthly sales targets: Striving to meet or surpass key performance metrics.
- Updating CRM systems: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant data.
- Collaborating with team members: Working together to enhance sales processes and strategies.
- Attending training sessions and meetings: Participating in ongoing training to improve skills and stay updated with industry trends.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Insurance background is preferred for experienced candidates.
Salary Structure:
- Fresher: ₹28,000 CTC
- 6 months to 1 year in BPO with sales acumen: ₹29,000 - ₹32,000 CTC
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales and Insurance: ₹32,000 - ₹37,000 CTC
- 2+ years of experience in Sales and Insurance: ₹37,000 - ₹40,000 CTC
Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts.
- Rotational week off.
Note: Day shifts.
