Job Description
Job Description: Business Development Executive
Location: Rohini, Delhi (Hybrid)
Salary: 20,000 - 35,000 per month
Experience: 2-3 years in medical sales
Key Responsibilities
- Primary sales responsibility including demand generation and product promotion.
- Meet doctors and OT staff to promote product portfolio.
- Deliver effective product presentations to customers.
- Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor data.
- Ensure full doctor coverage as per company classification.
- Execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Attend OTs as required.
- Manage key accounts and maintain weekly reports.
- Travel across India for training, meetings, and conferences.
Education Qualification
- Graduate (Science/Engineering preferred)
- B.Tech (Biotech/Biomedical) or B.Pharma preferred
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
Required Experience
- 2-3 years in medical sales (consumables, devices, surgical equipment)
- Experience working with doctors and OT staff
- Strong networking within hospitals and distributors
- Proven sales skills including lead generation and closing
