Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business growth strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and deliver compelling pitches and proposals
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of lead generation, networking, and relationship building
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards goals
- Represent Instellars at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in business development efforts
- Work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and priorities
