Job title: Business Development Executive – Field Sales

Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA
About the Role
Avyukta is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Field Sales to generate new business opportunities through direct customer meetings, market visits, networking, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business customers through field visits and market mapping.
- Meet business owners, managers, IT teams, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Avyukta solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage follow-ups, quotations, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in CRM.
- Complete daily sales activities and SOD/EOD reporting.
- Develop new accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, Operations, Support, and Accounts teams.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Interest in IT, SaaS, Telecom, and technology solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Eligibility
- Graduates or equivalent preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, IT Sales, SaaS, Telecom, CRM, VoIP, Cloud Telephony, or Software Sales will be an advantage.
