Job Description
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Conduct outbound sales calls to connect with prospective clients in the recruitment industry, promoting Erekrut's services and solutions.
ï‚· Develop an in-depth understanding of Erekrut's offerings and value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
ï‚· Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
ï‚· Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
ï‚· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
ï‚· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
ï‚· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
ï‚· Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
