Job Description
We are hiring for Female Business Development Associate
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with client needs and preferences.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Requirement:
* Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook
* Good English speaking and writing skills
* Must be fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi & other local languages (added advantage)
* Knowledge of Tally software (added advantage)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prefer candidate living closer to office location
