Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
2. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information from various sources.
3. Analyse and interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
4. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Document current and future-state business processes using tools such as flowcharts and process diagrams.
6. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
7. Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
8. Participate in the design and review of system enhancements and new features.
9. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments.
10. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
11. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
12. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate and verify system changes.
13. Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and system configurations.
14. Prepare user manuals and training materials as needed.
15. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
16. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
