Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Act as a customer service representative to address client inquiries and concerns
- Source and screen potential candidates to match with client needs
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires for client companies
- Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and targets
- Utilize CRM system to track client and candidate interactions
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to provide relevant advice
- Participate in networking events and job fairs to expand client and candidate base
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve branch operations and services.
Salary: 19k-22k
