Job Description
- Manage day-to-day activities and operations of the facility
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Oversee staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the facility
- Manage budget and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for necessary services and resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate events and programs to engage residents and promote community involvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve facility operations
- Collaborate with senior management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
