Job Description
- Actively source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals for contract and full-time positions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a pipeline of potential candidates
- Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and job fit
- Maintain relationships with existing consultants and client managers to drive placement opportunities
- Negotiate rates and terms of engagement with candidates and clients
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals
- Track and update candidate activity and status in the applicant tracking system
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement targets
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practices for recruiting success.
