Position: Business Development Manager (Inside Sales | IT Sales)
Company: Avyukta Intellicall Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Gender Preference: Female
Employment Type: Full-Time / Internship (Minimum 6 Months)
Compensation
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)
- Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
- PPO: Available for deserving interns based on performance
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, customer engagement, business development, and sales for Avyukta's AI-powered Enterprise Software and Communication Solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing enquiries, nurturing prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting and digital channels.
- Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
- Re-engage existing customers, dormant leads, and previous enquiries.
- Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and online presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills
- Good to Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional written communication and email etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
