Job Description

- Develop and maintain backend systems to support loan processing operations
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Ensure system security and data protection measures are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage database administration and data migration tasks
- Implement best practices in coding and documentation
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Drive continuous improvement in backend processes and workflows.
