Job Description

- Perform administrative tasks to support the back-office operations
- Handle data entry and maintain documentation accurately
- Assist with organizing and maintaining data files
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
- Keep track of office supplies and ensure stock availability
- Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Handle correspondence and communication within the company
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
