Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle data management, documentation, customer coordination, and other essential back-end processes to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company databases, records, and documentation.
- Handle data entry and processing with accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, finance, and sales for smooth workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to internal/external inquiries.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Support front-office teams in administrative tasks when required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10th/ 12th/ Graduate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Typing) and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination.
- Familiarity with (M.I.S)
