Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact for both B2C and B2B communication regarding backend operations
- Manage back office executive tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation
- Utilize strong counselling skills to effectively communicate with clients and address any inquiries or concerns
- Handle medical insurance related matters such as claims processing and policy management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates related to medical insurance policies and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in meetings, training sessions, and other team-building activities.
