We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential business clients over the phone and email to close sales and meet revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The B2B Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales process from start to finish. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

- Utilize cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive
- Work closely with sales managers to continuously improve and refine sales techniques
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the products and services offered, and their value proposition
