Role – AWS Connect & AWS Pindrop Expert Positions - 2 Location – Remote Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in AWS Connect and AWS Pindrop to lead our team in delivering top-tier cloud contact centre solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing AWS Connect and Pindrop integrations. This role requires someone who can drive initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver secure, high-quality voice and authentication solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the design, deployment, and management of AWS Connect and AWS Pindrop solutions. ● Provide technical expertise in optimizing AWS Connect and Pindrop features for security, efficiency, and customer experience. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and customization. ● Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, proactively recommending improvements. ● Mentor team members and promote best practices in AWS cloud contact center technology. Qualifications: ● Proven expertise in AWS Connect and AWS Pindrop with hands-on experience leading similar projects. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. ● Excellent communication skills and a track record of leadership in AWS technology.
