Position- Associate – Virtual CFO & Business Transformation Advisory (BTA)
Location: Pune
Experience: 3–7 Years
Reporting To: Manager – Virtual CFO & BTA
Salary Range - 30k to 35k per month.

Role Summary
We are looking for an Associate to support Virtual CFO and Business Transformation Advisory engagements. The role involves accounting, financial analysis, compliance support, MIS reporting, and process automation, working closely with senior team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support bookkeeping, month-end closing, and finalization of accounts
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
- Perform variance analysis, budgeting support, and cost analysis
- Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and statutory compliance
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports
- Support ERP implementation and finance process automation initiatives
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of advisory services
Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: CA (Inter) / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
- Experience: 3–7 years in accounting, finance, compliance, or advisory roles
- Knowledge: Accounting standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, MIS reporting
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, exposure to ERPs/accounting software
- Traits: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication skills
