Job Description

- Coordinate with clients to understand their vehicle preferences and budget - Handle client inquiries and provide information on available car models and financing options - Communicate effectively with clients to build a strong relationship and ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct direct sales negotiations and assist clients in selecting the right vehicle for their needs - Manage inbound and outbound sales processes to generate leads and conversions - Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve organizational goals - Update customer databases and follow up with clients for feedback and referrals - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to provide accurate and timely information to clients - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance the overall client experience.
