Job Description
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating project updates, timelines, and requirements.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and client expectations.
- Facilitate client meetings and conference calls, effectively conveying project status, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
- Translate client requirements and issues into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management to continuously improve processes and workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, BBA, MBA. (only Regular Student can apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Fluent in English communication, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients.
