The Assistant Manager- BD will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to promote the company's services and products. Job Description

- Assist the Manager of Business Development in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance
- Support the Manager in creating and maintaining a budget for the department
- Assist in training and managing junior staff members in the Business Development team
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.

Salary Package: Fixed Salary + Incentives [15000 to 25000]
