Prolific Designs is seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial and residential projects. Duties include creating detailed blueprints, collaborating with clients and contractors, ensuring projects comply with building codes and zoning regulations, and conducting site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with the design plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, excellent communication and project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. A degree in architecture and relevant licensure is required. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and to contribute to the continued success of Prolific Designs.

Job Description

- Design innovative and functional architectural solutions
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Research and implement sustainable design practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Utilize CAD software and other tools to create designs
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.

Architect with 1-3 years experience in working on landscape projects.

Software knowledge: Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketch up, Lumion & Microsoft office

Salary : Depends on experience... We are offering 25k to freshers... So it totally depends on experience..
