Job Description
- Responsible for making calls to patients to collect outstanding payments
- Perform AR billing tasks including processing invoices and claims
- Conduct domestic calling to reach out to customers for payment reminders
- Utilize knowledge of health care services to effectively communicate with patients
- Update records accurately in the system to keep track of payments
- Work closely with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims
- Provide excellent customer service to address any billing inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly collection goals and deadlines.
Experience: 2 to4 years
Salary: 2 to 4 LPA
Job Location: Mogappair West,Chennai.
