Riamin Infotech Private Limited is seeking a motivated AR Caller to join our team. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding payments for past due invoices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to persuade customers to make timely payments. Previous experience in accounts receivable and knowledge of collection practices is preferred. The AR Caller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements. This role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. Job Description

- Responsible for making calls to patients to collect outstanding payments
- Perform AR billing tasks including processing invoices and claims
- Conduct domestic calling to reach out to customers for payment reminders
- Utilize knowledge of health care services to effectively communicate with patients
- Update records accurately in the system to keep track of payments
- Work closely with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims
- Provide excellent customer service to address any billing inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly collection goals and deadlines.

Experience: 2 to4 years

Salary: 2 to 4 LPA

Job Location: Mogappair West,Chennai.
