Job Description
In your role as an agricultural adviser, you will assist farmers over the phone, provide product recommendations, increase sales, solicit feedback, work with the sales team, and remain current with market developments.
Qualification
· B,Sc (Agriculture)
· Basic knowledge of Agriculture
· Preferred Marathi language
· 0-1 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
Responsibilities and Duties
Suitable Candidate will:
- Providing telephonic advisory services to farmers on various aspects of crop management, pest control, soil health, and best agricultural practices.
- Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of farming inputs to recommend suitable products and solutions to address farmers’ needs and challenges.
- Actively engaging with farmers to understand their requirements and preferences, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their agricultural operations.
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and usage guidelines to farmers, to drive sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Proactively following up with customers post-sales to ensure their needs are met, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Continuously updating your knowledge of agricultural products, market trends, and sales techniques through training programs and self-improvement initiatives.
