Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of agency sales agents
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular feedback to agents on their performance and support their professional development
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials and promotions
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all sales activities
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote the company and its products
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by senior management
