Job Description
- Lead and manage the overall performance of the agency channel
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance agents
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve agency productivity
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure quality service and compliance with company policies
- Build relationships with key agency partners and stakeholders to drive business growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and support to agents
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance product and service offerings for agents and customers
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for business expansion
- Manage agency budget and financial targets effectively
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive agency channel success.
