Qualifications

Job Description

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy in invoice processing and timely payment submission
- Analyze and reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Process purchase orders, expense reports and other financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist in month-end close processes and prepare accruals as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices
- Support annual financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
