Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Daily accounting
- Invoicing - sale and purchase
- Voucher entries – bank, cash, journal
- Bank Reco, Interest & Accounting Analysis.
- GST and TDS data preparation
- Daily Financial and Operational reporting to management
- Preparing banking and financial documents
- Communicating with clients and principal company for order processing
- Remotely managing Inventory levels & dispatches of various products
- Assisting your accounting manager in filling taxes & preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly books of accounts
- Other responsibilities delegated by senior management.
Job requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience of Finance & Accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting software (Busy/Tally/SAP/DynamicsNAV) & Advance Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (proficiency in written English)
- Most importantly, ambition and drive to grow a stable career in Finance & Accountancy.
