Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Company: SHAKKR Foods India Pvt. Ltd.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
About the Role
SHAKKR Foods India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling financial records, statutory compliance, invoicing, reconciliations, and MIS reporting while ensuring timely completion of all accounting activities.
A strong working knowledge of Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting is mandatory. The selected candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting.
- Generate and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare GST-related reports and coordinate with the company's CA for statutory compliance.
- Assist in TDS-related documentation and accounting entries.
- Generate MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory-related accounting entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (Mandatory).
- Freshers will not be considered under any circumstances.
- Hands-on expertise in Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial summaries.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the food & beverage, retail, hospitality, corporate gifting, manufacturing, or allied industries will be preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and purchase order processes.
- Experience coordinating with auditors and Chartered Accountants.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information.
