Job Description
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounts receivable/payable
- Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Handle tax preparation and compliance
- Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements
- Work closely with external auditors during audits
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and follow up on overdue accounts
