Job Description
- Managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in entries
- Performing account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Generating financial reports for management review
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams for financial matters
- Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations
- Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or related certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
