Job Description
- Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions within the company
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and stability
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, including preparing financial statements and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available for operations
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Analyze financial data and make recommendations to improve financial performance
- Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Maintain relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial advisors
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in accounting standards and regulations.
