Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciliations and journal entries.
4. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
5. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing financial insights and recommendations to management.
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
7. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
8. Provide support during external audits and collaborate with auditors as needed.
9.  Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
10. Stay updated on accounting best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. CPA certification preferred.
3. Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 3-3.8 LPA
