Job Description
We are looking for a Account executive having following roles & responsibilities
1 Prepare PI, Invoice ,P.O , Bill Entry , Expense Entry , Bank Reconcilation , Eway bill
2 Manage Stocks & inventory
3 Local Purchase & Transport Management
4 Coordinate with GA for books finalisation at end of each financial year
5 Well English spoken , Payment Follow Ups with customer
6 Can draft email for payment followups
7 If female Candidate is there then only manage transport for local purchase as well as intra state dispatch of machines .
8 Knowledge of Zoho is advantage as we are not using tally
Salary - 18k - 25K per month
