Job description OnatiGlobal Institute of Fashion Technology (OGIFT) is looking for a full-time Student Counsellor cum a BDE. This on-site role is located in Bengaluru and requires interacting with Schools, Groups, students and their parents, providing programme knowledge & conduct counselling in a professional manner that inspires trust and confidence. OGIFT offers Vocational and Diploma courses in Fashion Designing and Apparel Manufacturing.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
· .Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
· To Tie up and represent our Fashion Institute in various Groups, coaching centres, Schools
and firms.
· Counselling of a student about our Vocational and Fashion Courses , imparting complete
information of course content, career growth etc.
· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
ventures.
· To counsel prospective student and convert the lead into successful admission.
· Manage social media campaign content creation, and collaborate with in house digital team
to make sure company& its goals are met.

Duties:
 Responsible for maintaining students' or candidates' record
 Handle all phone enquiries pertaining to course and career consultancy
 Provide course and career consultancy to students via emails, talks, telecalls ,sales and
marketing sessions
 Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess effectiveness of training and
awareness level
 Assist in all general office aspects associated with the day to day operations of the training
centre. Maintain Daily Time table of classes
 Develop and manage marketing materials for the Business Development
 Maintain social media platforms and Content creation for daily posts
 Maintain and update attendance, classes , tutor rota & mailing databases
 Organize career events and seminars at various venues as per BD plans.
 Track, collect evidence and update placement info/status of Diploma graduates for outcome
reporting

Requirements-
 Any Bachelor degree- Fashion Education preferred
 Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing and Networking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 Empathy and the ability to connect with students and understand their needs.
 Knowledge of counselling techniques and theories.
 Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
 Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
 Familiarity with educational systems and the challenges faced by students.
