Job Description
- Provide academic guidance and support to students enrolled in various programs
- Assist students in developing educational and career goals
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic challenges and concerns
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to monitor student progress and address any academic issues
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students
- Stay updated on academic policies and procedures to provide accurate information to students
- Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and career planning
- Maintain confidentiality while handling student records and personal information
- Evaluate student needs and recommend appropriate resources and support services
- Foster a supportive and inclusive academic environment for students to succeed
