Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on tourist visa requirements, documentation, and application processes.
- Documentation: Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Application Processing: Track and manage visa application processes, including submission, follow-up, and status updates.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and helpful information throughout the visa application process.
- Compliance: Stay updated on the latest visa regulations and ensure all applications comply with current rules and standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and application statuses.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in visa consultancy or a related field.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tourist visa requirements and application procedures for various countries.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using visa application software and MS Office Suite.
